Portland Day 1:Depart:8:00am from New York City to York's Wild Kingdom, Maine's largest zoo and amusement park. There, you will experience the high quality blue feeds that provide our animals with a scientific feeding program. And you may have a chance to watch the elephant shows, talk to the animal show, white tiger lecture, and/or bear display. You will also visit the oldest lighthouse in Portland. |

Acadia National Park Day 2:Acadia National Park is located on the rugged coast of Maine. It encompasses over 47,000 acres of granite-domed mountains, woodlands, lakes and ponds, and ocean shoreline. Such diverse habitats create striking scenery and make the park a haven for wildlife and plants. There you will be sightseeing Anthony Mountains, Eagle Lake, and may take a sightseeing cruise. You will not miss tasting the famous flesh Maine's lobsters.Bar Harbor, Maine, originally called Eden, has a world renowned ambiance that blends seashore community, Downeast character, rocky shores, and the famous Maine Lobster. Founded in 1796, it is the best known town on Mount Desert Island with an approximate population of 4,820 (year 2000 census) and 28,800 scenic acres. The villages of Hulls Cove, Salisbury Cove, and Town Hill are all part of the municipality of Bar Harbor, as is a large portion of Acadia National Park. The National Park and Bar Harbor are often spoken and thought of as being the same thing. |
