Roadside America Day 1:The bus will leave Chinatown at 8:00 am. for Roadside America in Pennsylvania. It is an unforgetable panorama of life in rural United States. The exhibit spans more than two hundred years in time and lets you see, in exquisite miniature, how people lived and worked in pioneer days right up to the present. |

Auto Museum When you visit the AACA Museum, you’ll see 85-100 vehicles on display in a state-of-the-art facility. Collection vehicles range from an 1895 Chicago Motor Benton Harbor, to a 1924 REO Funeral Hearse, to a 1977 Chrysler Cordoba with fine Corinthian leather seats! Be sure to see the Lakeland Bus used in the Academy Award winning movie Forrest Gump, and the 1936 Ford Cabriolet which serves as Matt Damon’s car in The Good Shepherd, directed by Robert DeNiro, co-starring Angelina Jolie. The movie is scheduled for release in December 2006. The Antique Auto Museum also hosts a 1926 Pierce Arrow touring sedan used to transport stars to and from Hollywood Hills! Exhibition areas occupy almost 70,000 square feet on three uniquely- themed levels. The museum features several changing exhibits throughout the year which focus on specific marquees, types of vehicles, unique collectors, and historical themes. |
