Bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects, travel agents shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal or abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agents control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsible for and hereby releases the agents from any duty for checking and verifying any passport, visa vaccination, or other entry requirements to each destination, and all safety or security conditions, at such destinations, during the length of proposed travel. By embarking upon his or her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. No Exchange* Please be at pick-up location 15 minutes before departure. * No Refund for late comers.*Refund for cancellation will be made by AE Travel company check *Tickets to be purchase 7 days before departure date, if customers select to cancel or postpone the trip certain penalty charges will be imposed on the total trip price as follows: 1) 15 days before departure date: 25%, 2) Within 7 days: 50%, 3) On the departure date: 100%. *Any credit card charge back, customer to impose penalty of $50.00 each time. *Any bounce check, customers have to pay a penalty of $50.00 & any other related legal fees and interest of 8% charge from the due date. *All special tour (buy 2 get 1 free promotion and online booking): NO refund, NO exchange.( All bus tours require fax reconfirmation within 15 minutes from agents for reservations. All confirmed reservations are subjected to full amount penalty via cancellation at any time). Agents are directly charged from AE Travel,Inc.*There will be a 3% surcharge for Visa, Master Credit Card and 5% surcharge for American Express Credit Card*.
AE Travel,Inc. (AE) reserves the right to alternate, delay or cancel its itineraries under special circumstances. By accepting tickets of (AE) I agree (AE) shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alternations, delays or cancellations resulted in equipment breakdowns, defeat in vehicles, bus no shows, strikes, sicknesses, thefts, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes. (AE) may cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient number of participants. Itinerary & hotel accommodation are subject to change without notice. Prices will be accordance is subject to change without prior notice. Prices will be accordance to the latest edition that advertised in the World Journal. Tickets sold are not refundable & non-exchangeable. (All admissions are not included except otherwise specified). AE Travel acts only as an agent for transportation/airline companies and assumes no responsibilities for any or loss arising out of the independent transportation/airline company. All such issues are subject to the terms and contracts of those companies who provide such services.
